Job Description - Online Account Support Manager

Job Description:


Vodafone Qatar is seeking a part-time Online Account Support Manager to join our team in Doha, QA. As an Associate level position, the Online Account Support Manager will be responsible for managing and supporting online customer accounts to ensure a seamless experience for our clients.


Responsibilities: 1. Manage and maintain online customer accounts, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information. 2. Provide timely and efficient support to customers via online platforms, resolving any issues or inquiries. 3. Collaborate with internal teams to address customer concerns and provide solutions. 4. Analyze customer data and feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement. 5. Develop and implement strategies to enhance the online customer experience and drive engagement. 6. Monitor online performance metrics and create reports for management review. 7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online account management.


Requirements: 1. 5 years of experience in online account management or related field. 2. Driven and reliable personality traits. 3. Strong presentation and leadership skills. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. 5. Proficiency in CRM software and online platforms. 6. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field. 7. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
