Online Account Support Officer

Job Description:

Barwa Group is seeking a part-time Online Account Support Officer to join our team in Doha, Qatar. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in online account support and possess the personality traits of adaptability and independence.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide online account support to clients, responding to inquiries and troubleshooting issues. 2. Manage and update client accounts in the company's online system. 3. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and support for clients. 4. Analyze client data and provide reports to management as needed. 5. Assist in the implementation of online account management strategies. 6. Serve as a point of contact for clients, building strong relationships and ensuring client satisfaction. 7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online account support.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in a related field. 2. 4+ years of experience in online account support. 3. Strong leadership and project management skills. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Ability to work independently and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
