RasGas Company Limited is seeking a passionate and confident Online Account Support Specialist to join our team in Doha, QA. As an Associate Level position, the Online Account Support Specialist will be responsible for providing support to customers through online channels and ensuring a seamless and positive experience for all users.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and issues through online platforms in a timely and professional manner. 2. Assist customers with troubleshooting account-related problems and provide solutions. 3. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 4. Collaborate with other departments to address technical issues and improve overall customer experience. 5. Create and update online account documentation and FAQs. 6. Identify opportunities for process improvement and provide feedback to the team. 7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online customer support.

Requirements: 1. 2 years of experience in online customer support or a related field. 2. Strong emotional intelligence and ability to empathize with customers' needs. 3. Innovative mindset and willingness to adapt to changing technologies. 4. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 5. Proficiency in customer support software and online platforms. 6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
