Job description:
Meddy, a leading healthcare company in Doha, Qatar, is seeking a dedicated and energetic Online Call Center Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis. As an entry-level position, no prior experience is required, making this an excellent opportunity for those looking to kickstart their career in the healthcare industry.
Responsibilities: 1. Answer inbound calls and respond to online inquiries from patients, doctors, and other stakeholders in a timely and professional manner. 2. Provide accurate information about our services, including scheduling appointments, directing inquiries to the appropriate departments, and troubleshooting any issues that may arise. 3. Assist with the coordination of telehealth consultations, ensuring all parties are properly connected and informed throughout the process. 4. Collaborate with the marketing team to promote our services through various online platforms and engage with potential clients. 5. Maintain accurate records of all interactions with clients in our CRM system, ensuring that all details are up-to-date and easily accessible. 6. Assist with other administrative tasks and projects as needed to support the smooth operation of the call center.
Requirements: 1. Energetic and dedicated individual with a positive attitude and excellent communication skills. 2. Strong analytical and negotiation abilities to handle various situations effectively. 3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines. 4. Proficiency in using basic computer software and CRM systems. 5. Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes. 6. Prior experience in a call center or customer service role is a plus, but not required.
