Online Call Center Assistant

We are seeking an Online Call Center Assistant to join our team at Qatar Sports Investments in Doha, Qatar. As a leading sports investment company, we are dedicated to making a positive impact in the sports industry. This part-time Associate Level position requires a candidate with at least 4 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Answering incoming calls and responding to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner - Assisting customers with product information, ordering, and issue resolution - Making outbound calls to follow up with customers and gather feedback - Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborating with other team members to ensure excellent customer service delivery - Adhering to company policies and procedures at all times

Requirements: - Hardworking and resilient attitude - Strong cooperation and project management skills - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Proficiency in using call center software and computer systems - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment - Visa sponsorship available for eligible candidates
