Online Call Center Assistant

Job Description:

Qatar Museums is seeking a passionate and adaptable Online Call Center Assistant to join our team in Doha. As an Associate Level team member, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat to assist visitors with inquiries, ticket sales, and general information about Qatar Museums and its various exhibitions and events.

Responsibilities: - Answering incoming calls, emails, and chat messages from visitors - Assisting visitors with ticket purchases and reservations - Providing information on exhibitions, events, and museum locations - Handling customer complaints and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner - Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborating with other departments to ensure a seamless visitor experience - Assisting with special projects and initiatives as needed

Requirements: - 3 years of experience in a customer service or call center role - Strong attention to detail and project management skills - Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software - Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
