Online Call Center Associate

Job Description:

Mall of Qatar is seeking a part-time Online Call Center Associate to join our dynamic team in Doha, QA. As an Associate Level role, the ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in customer service or call center support. We are looking for individuals who are resilient and adaptable, with excellent project management skills and the ability to persuade and influence others.

Responsibilities: - Handle incoming calls from customers and provide assistance with inquiries, complaints, and feedback - Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times - Utilize call center software to manage customer interactions and follow-up as needed - Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and provide solutions - Meet or exceed call center metrics and goals set by management - Continuously seek opportunities for improvement and provide feedback to enhance the customer experience

Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or call center support - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong project management abilities - Persuasive and able to influence others effectively - Resilient and adaptable to changing priorities and environments
