Job Description - Online Call Center Associate

Job Description:


We are looking for a reliable and passionate Online Call Center Associate to join our team at Qatar National Broadband Network in our Doha office. As an Associate Level position, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients through online communication channels.


Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally through online communication channels such as email, chat, and social media. - Provide technical support to customers experiencing broadband network issues. - Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions. - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. - Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction and achieve team goals. - Stay up-to-date on product and service information to provide accurate information to customers. - Assist in training new call center associates as needed.


Requirements: - 2 years of experience in customer service or call center role preferred. - Excellent communication skills and ability to effectively communicate with customers. - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism. - Creativity and flexibility to adapt to changing customer needs. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively. - Proficiency in MS Office and experience using CRM software is a plus. - High school diploma or equivalent required.
