Online Call Center Associate

Qatar Solar Technologies is seeking a motivated and energetic individual to join our team as an Online Call Center Associate in Doha, Qatar. This is a part-time entry-level position ideal for someone with at least 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field.

As an Online Call Center Associate, your responsibilities will include:

- Answering incoming calls and responding to customer inquiries promptly and professionally - Providing information about products and services, as well as handling and resolving customer complaints - Processing orders and updating customer accounts - Conducting outbound calls for customer follow-ups and sales promotions - Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborating with team members to ensure customer satisfaction and achieve sales targets

The ideal candidate for this role should be energetic, resourceful, and possess excellent presentation skills. Attention to detail is crucial in this role to ensure accuracy in customer interactions.
