Job Description:
Al Jazeera Media Network is seeking a highly experienced and motivated Online Call Center Manager to join our team in Doha, Qatar. This is a part-time position at a mid-to-senior level, requiring a minimum of 7 years of experience in call center management.
Responsibilities: 1. Oversee and manage all aspects of the online call center, including staffing, training, and performance evaluation. 2. Develop and implement strategies to improve customer service and satisfaction levels. 3. Analyze call center metrics and data to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions. 4. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations. 5. Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and resolve customer issues. 6. Manage a team of online call center agents, providing guidance and support as needed. 7. Coordinate with IT and technical support teams to troubleshoot any technical issues affecting the call center operations. 8. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to team members to facilitate professional growth and development.
Requirements: - 7 years of experience in call center management, preferably in an online environment. - Strong project management skills and the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively. - Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism. - Independent and driven personality with a passion for providing exceptional customer service. - Strong verbal and written communication skills. - Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
