Job Description: Qatar Steel Company is looking for a resourceful and dedicated Online Call Center Officer to join our team in Doha. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in customer service or call center operations.
Responsibilities: - Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner - Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies - Process orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently - Resolve customer complaints and issues to ensure customer satisfaction - Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs and concerns - Continuously improve customer service processes and procedures - Meet or exceed performance metrics and goals set by the company
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred - Proven experience in a call center or customer service role - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail - Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Proficiency in MS Office and customer service software - Creativity and analytical thinking skills - Ability to adapt to new technology and software platforms
