Job Description: We are looking for a motivated and driven individual to join our team as an Online Call Center Officer at Al Shaqab. As an Associate Level position, the Online Call Center Officer will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and providing excellent customer service through phone and online communication channels. This part-time role requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in a customer service or call center role.
Responsibilities: 1. Handle inbound and outbound customer calls and emails with professionalism and efficiency. 2. Provide accurate information and assistance to customers regarding products, services, and inquiries. 3. Maintain customer satisfaction by addressing and resolving customer complaints in a timely manner. 4. Utilize analysis skills to identify trends in customer inquiries and provide feedback to the management team. 5. Demonstrate leadership skills by assisting and supporting junior team members as needed. 6. Collaborate with other departments to address customer issues and improve overall customer experience. 7. Meet call center metrics and goals to ensure high-quality service delivery.
Requirements: 1. 4 years of experience in a customer service or call center role. 2. Motivated and driven personality traits. 3. Strong analysis and leadership skills. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. 6. Proficient in using Microsoft Office and online communication tools. 7. Availability to work part-time shifts, including evenings and weekends.
