Job Description:
Qatar Airways is seeking a dedicated and reliable Online Call Center Representative to join our team in Doha. As an Associate Level representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our passengers through various online channels. This is a part-time position that requires a minimum of four years of experience in a customer service role.
Responsibilities: - Handle incoming customer inquiries through online platforms such as chat, email, and social media - Provide accurate information about flight schedules, reservations, fares, and company policies - Assist customers with booking, changing, or canceling flights - Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction - Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times - Maintain a positive and proactive attitude in a fast-paced environment
Requirements: - Four years of experience in a customer service role - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Reliable and able to work independently - Resilient and able to handle difficult situations with professionalism - Strong leadership qualities and the ability to think critically - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software - Knowledge of the airline industry is a plus
