Job Description - Online Call Center Representative


Job Description:


Ezdan Holding Group is seeking a reliable and confident Online Call Center Representative to join our team in Doha on a part-time basis. As an Associate Level employee with at least 4 years of experience, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through online channels such as live chat, email, and social media platforms.


Responsibilities: 1. Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. 2. Utilizing creativity and innovation to provide personalized solutions to customers' needs. 3. Handling a high volume of online inquiries with efficiency and accuracy. 4. Collaborating with other departments to escalate and follow up on customer concerns. 5. Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of company products, services, and policies. 6. Performing administrative tasks related to customer interactions, such as documenting conversations and updating customer profiles. 7. Adhering to company guidelines and procedures for online customer service.


Requirements: 1. Minimum of 4 years of experience in a customer service or call center role. 2. Excellent communication skills and the ability to adapt to different communication styles. 3. Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset. 4. Proficiency in using online communication tools and platforms. 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 6. Creativity in finding unique solutions to customer issues. 7. Innovation in improving processes and services.
