Online Call Center Representative

Job Description: Qatargas Operating Company Limited is seeking a passionate and motivated Online Call Center Representative to join our team in Doha, Qatar. As an Associate Level team member, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and resolving issues through online communication channels. This part-time position requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Handle inbound customer calls and emails in a professional and efficient manner - Provide accurate information and assistance to customers regarding products and services - Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely manner - Process orders and update customer accounts as needed - Collaborate with team members and management to improve customer service processes - Stay up-to-date on company products and services to provide accurate information to customers - Meet and exceed performance metrics and goals set by the company

Requirements: - 2+ years of experience in a customer service or call center role - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously - Strong attention to detail and accuracy - Knowledge of CRM systems and online communication platforms - Passion for providing exceptional customer service - Motivated to succeed and exceed customer expectations - Innovative thinking and analytical skills
