Job Description - Online Call Center Representative

Job Description:


Vodafone Qatar is looking for a dynamic and energetic Online Call Center Representative to join our team in Doha. As an Associate Level representative, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional customer service through online communication channels.


Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries through online chat, email, and social media channels in a timely and professional manner - Resolve customer issues and complaints with empathy and creativity - Provide accurate information about products, services, and promotions - Upsell and cross-sell products and services to meet sales targets - Collaborate with other departments to escalate and resolve complex customer issues - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and retention - Meet key performance indicators related to customer service, sales, and quality assurance


Requirements: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service role - Energetic and resilient personality with a positive attitude - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to think creatively and problem-solve effectively - Proficiency in computer skills and using online communication tools - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively - Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
