Online Call Center Representative

Job Description:

Sidra Medicine is seeking a confident and energetic Online Call Center Representative to join our team on a part-time basis in Doha, Qatar. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: 1. Answering incoming calls and responding to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner. 2. Providing information about products and services offered by Sidra Medicine. 3. Handling customer complaints and resolving issues effectively. 4. Inputting customer data and updating records in the company database. 5. Collaborating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction. 6. Following up with customers to ensure their needs have been met. 7. Assisting with online chat support as needed. 8. Meeting call center metrics and goals set by management.

Requirements: 1. Confident and energetic personality traits. 2. Excellent planning and people management skills. 3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 6. Fluency in English and Arabic is preferred. 7. High school diploma or equivalent required, Associate's degree preferred.
