Job Description: Qatar Airways Cargo is seeking a motivated and resilient Online Call Center Specialist to join our team in Doha. As an entry-level position, no prior experience is required, making this the perfect opportunity for someone looking to kickstart their career in the airline industry.
Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and online chat to assist customers with booking cargo shipments, tracking parcels, and resolving any issues or inquiries they may have - Process orders, handle payments, and ensure accurate documentation for all cargo transactions - Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth and efficient operations within the call center - Stay up-to-date on company policies, procedures, and services to provide accurate information to customers - Meet and exceed performance metrics related to call volume, response times, customer satisfaction, and sales targets
