Online Call Center Specialist

Job Description:

Qatar Aeronautical College is seeking an Online Call Center Specialist to join our team in Doha. This part-time position is ideal for someone with at least 4 years of experience in a similar role, who is confident, reliable, and possesses excellent persuasion and innovation skills. As an Associate Level Specialist, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, providing exceptional customer service, and promoting our programs and services to potential students and stakeholders.

Responsibilities: - Answering incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner - Making outbound calls to follow up on inquiries and provide information - Handling customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner - Promoting Qatar Aeronautical College's programs and services to prospective students - Maintaining accurate records of all interactions in the CRM system - Collaborating with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience - Meeting daily and weekly targets for call volume and conversion rates

Requirements: - At least 4 years of experience in a call center or customer service role - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong persuasion and negotiation skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
