Job Description:
Barwa Group is seeking an Online Chat Support Assistant to join our team in Doha, Qatar. This part-time position is at the Associate Level and requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
As an Online Chat Support Assistant, you will be responsible for providing customer support through online chat platforms. You will assist customers with their inquiries, resolve any issues they may have, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. Additionally, you will collaborate with the rest of the customer support team to streamline processes and improve overall customer experience.
Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information through online chat - Resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with the customer support team to improve processes and enhance customer satisfaction - Maintain thorough knowledge of company products and services - Monitor online chat platforms for trends and customer feedback - Assist with reporting and analytics on chat support performance - Provide feedback to the team on ways to improve customer support processes
Requirements: - 2 years of experience in a customer support role - Driven and independent personality traits - Strong teamwork and people management skills - Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in using online chat and customer support platforms - Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
