Online Chat Support Assistant

Job Description:

Katara Hospitality is seeking a dedicated and energetic Online Chat Support Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate should have at least 4 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide online chat support to customers in a professional and courteous manner. 2. Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner. 3. Assist customers with product information, orders, and technical support. 4. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills. 5. Collaborate with team members to ensure customer needs are met. 6. Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 7. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies.

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service or online chat support. 2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Strong time management and planning skills. 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 5. Proficiency in using online chat support software. 6. High school diploma or equivalent.
