Online Chat Support Associate

RasGas Company Limited is currently seeking a part-time Online Chat Support Associate to join our team in Doha, Qatar. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide online chat support to customers in a timely and professional manner. 2. Respond to customer inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and provide solutions. 3. Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction. 4. Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions. 5. Assist in the development and improvement of online chat support processes.

Requirements: 1. Independent and motivated with the ability to work well both independently and as part of a team. 2. Demonstrated leadership skills and creativity in problem-solving. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. 5. Proficiency in using chat support software and other relevant tools. 6. Familiarity with customer service best practices. 7. Fluency in English and Arabic is preferred.
