Job Description: Katara Hospitality is seeking a dynamic Online Chat Support Associate to join our team in Doha, Qatar. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role. This part-time position offers the opportunity to support our online customers through chat interactions.
Responsibilities: 1. Provide real-time support to online customers through chat messaging. 2. Assist customers with inquiries, orders, and issue resolution. 3. Communicate effectively with customers to ensure satisfaction and retention. 4. Collaborate with other team members to improve customer service processes. 5. Maintain accurate records of chat interactions and customer data. 6. Stay up-to-date on product information and promotions to better assist customers. 7. Handle multiple chat conversations simultaneously while maintaining high service standards. 8. Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding customer interactions.
Requirements: 1. Proven experience in online customer service or chat support. 2. Adaptability to change and a fast-paced environment. 3. Motivated self-starter with a passion for helping customers. 4. Strong people management and communication skills. 5. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. 6. Proficiency in typing speed and accuracy. 7. Familiarity with CRM software or chat support platforms. 8. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
