Online Chat Support Associate

Job Description:

Barwa Group is seeking a dynamic Online Chat Support Associate to join our team in Doha, Qatar. As an Associate Level position, the Online Chat Support Associate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support through online chat channels.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide support through the online chat platform in a timely and professional manner - Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and issue resolution - Escalate complex customer issues to the appropriate team members for resolution - Work closely with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Generate reports and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers - Continuously strive to improve customer satisfaction and retention rates

Requirements: - 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment - Adaptable and able to handle a high volume of customer inquiries - Hardworking and committed to providing excellent customer service - Creativity and project management skills are a plus - Proficiency in online chat platforms and customer service software - High school diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor's degree preferred
