Job Description - Online Chat Support Manager

Job Description:


We are looking for a dedicated Online Chat Support Manager to join our team at Qatar Steel Company in Doha, QA. As the Online Chat Support Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of online chat support agents and ensuring the smooth operation of our online chat support services.


Responsibilities: 1. Manage a team of online chat support agents, including hiring, training, and performance monitoring. 2. Develop and implement strategies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our online chat support services. 3. Monitor chat support metrics and KPIs to ensure that team members are meeting their targets. 4. Handle escalated customer inquiries and provide timely and effective resolutions. 5. Collaborate with other departments to address customer issues and improve overall customer experience. 6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online chat support. 7. Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on the performance of the online chat support team.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field. 2. At least 7 years of experience in customer service, with a minimum of 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role. 3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Passionate and resilient personality traits. 5. Ability to cooperate and work well with others. 6. High emotional intelligence and ability to empathize with customers. 7.
