We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Online Chat Support Manager to join our team at Qatar Foundation in Doha, QA. As a part-time position with a mid-to-senior level of seniority, the Online Chat Support Manager will be responsible for overseeing the online chat support team, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving efficient and effective communication with our online users.
Responsibilities: 1. Manage and lead the online chat support team, setting clear goals and expectations for performance. 2. Monitor chat interactions to ensure that responses are timely, accurate, and in line with company policies and procedures. 3. Provide ongoing training and development opportunities for team members to improve their chat support skills. 4. Analyze chat support data and trends to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance the customer experience. 5. Collaborate with other departments to address customer inquiries and resolve issues quickly and effectively. 6. Develop and implement chat support procedures and protocols to streamline operations and improve efficiency. 7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online chat support to continually improve processes and procedures.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in a related field. 2. Minimum of 6 years of experience in online chat support or customer service. 3. Strong leadership and team management skills. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Passionate and energetic personality traits. 6. Creativity and adaptability in problem-solving. 7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 8. Knowledge of online chat support software and tools. 9. Experience with data analysis and reporting.
