Job Description - Online Chat Support Manager

Job Description:


Qatargas Operating Company Limited is seeking a dedicated and experienced Online Chat Support Manager to join our team in Doha. The Online Chat Support Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing our online chat support team, ensuring high-quality customer service and support are provided to our customers. This role requires a highly motivated and driven individual with a proven track record in customer service and team management.


Responsibilities:


- Manage and oversee the online chat support team, ensuring that all customer inquiries are handled promptly and efficiently - Monitor chat interactions to ensure quality standards are met and provide feedback and coaching to team members as needed - Develop and implement strategies to improve customer service and satisfaction through the online chat platform - Coordinate with other departments to address customer issues and escalate complex cases as necessary - Analyze chat data and metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Collaborate with the IT department to ensure the chat platform is functioning optimally - Train and onboard new team members, providing ongoing support and guidance - Maintain a positive and productive work environment, encouraging teamwork and collaboration


Requirements:


- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field - Minimum of 7 years of experience in customer service, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Excellent project management skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities - Highly motivated and driven individual - Team player with a strong work ethic - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and chat support software
