Job Description - Online Chat Support Representative

Job Description:


MEEZA is seeking a motivated and dedicated Online Chat Support Representative to join our team in Doha, Qatar. In this part-time role at the Associate level, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through online chat support.


Responsibilities: 1. Engage with customers through online chat to address inquiries, provide information, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner. 2. Utilize creativity and emotional intelligence to tailor responses to each customer's unique needs and preferences. 3. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience across all channels. 4. Keep accurate records of customer interactions and actively follow up to ensure customer satisfaction. 5. Continuously strive to exceed customer expectations and deliver delight in every interaction.


Requirements: 1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively engage with customers in a digital environment. 3. Motivated and dedicated attitude with a passion for providing excellent customer service. 4. Demonstrated creativity and emotional intelligence in problem-solving and customer interactions. 5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple inquiries simultaneously.
