Online Chat Support Specialist

Job Description: We are looking for a motivated and reliable Online Chat Support Specialist to join our team at Mall of Qatar. As an Online Chat Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our online customers through chat services. This position is part-time and entry-level, requiring at least 1 year of experience.

Responsibilities: - Provide prompt, courteous, and efficient customer service through online chat support - Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product information - Assist customers with online orders, returns, and exchanges - Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department for resolution - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies - Collaborate with other team members to improve overall customer experience - Meet key performance indicators and goals set by management

Requirements: - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in using chat support software and other customer service tools - Driven and reliable with a positive attitude - Innovative and able to think creatively to solve problems - Experience with people management is a plus - Must be able to work independently and as part of a team
