Online Client Relations Assistant

Job Description:

BeIN Sports is looking for a part-time Online Client Relations Assistant to join our team in Doha, Qatar. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in client relations or a related field.

Responsibilities: - Assist in managing online client relationships through various platforms - Respond to client inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner - Conduct research on industry trends and client preferences to provide insightful recommendations - Collaborate with the client relations team to develop strategies to enhance the overall client experience - Assist in the development and implementation of client retention programs - Monitor online client feedback and analyze data to identify areas for improvement - Work closely with other departments to ensure client needs are met efficiently and effectively

Requirements: - Driven and resourceful individual with a passion for client relations - Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines - Excellent research skills to gather relevant information and insights - Effective communication skills, both written and verbal - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM software is a plus
