Online Client Relations Assistant

Job Description:

Al Jazeera Media Network is seeking a part-time Online Client Relations Assistant to join our team in Doha, Qatar. As an Associate-level position, the ideal candidate should have a minimum of 4 years of experience in a client relations or customer service role, preferably within the media industry.

Responsibilities: - Respond to client inquiries and concerns via email, chat, and phone in a timely and professional manner - Maintain and update client records in our database - Assist in coordinating client events, meetings, and presentations - Conduct research on client preferences and market trends to provide insights to our team - Collaborate with internal departments to ensure client needs are met and issues are resolved efficiently - Create engaging content for client communications and marketing materials - Assist in developing and implementing strategies to enhance client satisfaction and retention

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software - Resilient and able to adapt to changing priorities - Driven to meet and exceed client expectations - Strong research skills and creativity to develop innovative solutions for clients
