Online Client Relations Assistant

Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic Online Client Relations Assistant to join our team at Msheireb Properties in Doha, QA. As an entry-level position, this role is perfect for individuals with a year of experience who are confident, passionate, and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities: - Assist with managing online client inquiries and concerns through various communication channels - Engage with clients in a professional and courteous manner to provide excellent customer service - Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure a seamless client experience - Update and maintain client databases and records accurately - Monitor and report on client feedback and trends to improve overall service - Assist in creating and updating online client communication materials - Support in organizing and participating in virtual client events and webinars

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field - 1 year of experience in a client-facing role - Confident and passionate individual with good communication skills - Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities - Innovative thinker who can adapt to changing online environments - Proficient in MS Office and CRM software - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
