Online Client Relations Assistant

Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as an Online Client Relations Assistant at Qatar Aeronautical College. This part-time position is perfect for someone who is hardworking, adaptable, and looking to gain experience in client relations within the aviation industry. As an Entry Level Online Client Relations Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting with maintaining and enhancing client relationships through online communication channels.

Responsibilities: 1. Responding promptly to client inquiries via email, chat, and social media platforms. 2. Assisting clients with account setup, troubleshooting, and other technical issues. 3. Monitoring online feedback and reviews to identify areas for improvement. 4. Collaborating with the marketing team to create engaging content for online platforms. 5. Conducting research on industry trends and competitor activities. 6. Assisting in the development of online marketing campaigns. 7. Providing administrative support to the client relations team as needed.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. 2. Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or client relations. 3. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 4. Strong strategic planning and problem-solving abilities. 5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. 6. Proficiency in using online communication tools and social media platforms. 7. Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes. 8. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
