Online Client Relations Associate

Job description:

Qatar National Cement Company is seeking a highly motivated and adaptable Online Client Relations Associate to join our team in Doha, Qatar. This is a part-time position at the associate level, requiring a minimum of 4 years of experience in client relations or a related field.

Responsibilities: - Manage relationships with online clients, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a timely and professional manner - Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination with clients - Monitor client satisfaction and take proactive measures to enhance their experience - Assist in the development and implementation of client retention strategies - Utilize project management skills to track client interactions and outcomes - Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify opportunities for improvement in client relations processes - Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in online client relations

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field - Proven experience in client relations, customer service, or a similar role - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong people management and project management abilities - Adaptability and motivation to succeed in a dynamic work environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Fluency in English, both written and verbal
