Online Client Relations Associate

Job Description:

We are looking for a passionate and resourceful Online Client Relations Associate to join our team at Qatargas Operating Company Limited in Doha, Qatar. This part-time position is at the Associate level and requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Manage online client relations through various platforms, including email, live chat, and social media - Respond to client inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner - Build and maintain strong client relationships to enhance customer satisfaction and retention - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient resolution of client issues - Monitor and analyze client feedback to identify trends and improve services - Plan and execute online marketing strategies to increase client engagement and acquisition - Provide training and support to clients on how to navigate our online platforms

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams - Excellent planning and organizational abilities - Experience with online client relations and customer service - Proficiency in using various communication tools and platforms - Knowledge of online marketing techniques and strategies
