Job Description - Online Client Relations Associate

Job Description:


Qatar Airways is looking for a passionate and reliable Online Client Relations Associate to join our team in Doha. As an Entry Level position, this role requires at least 1 year of experience in a customer service or client relations role. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing online client interactions, addressing customer inquiries, and providing exceptional customer service through various digital platforms.


Responsibilities: 1. Manage online client interactions via email, chat, and social media platforms in a timely and professional manner. 2. Address customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback to ensure a positive customer experience. 3. Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and provide accurate information to clients. 4. Identify trends in client feedback and work with the team to implement improvements to enhance the overall customer experience. 5. Monitor online reviews and respond to customer feedback in a timely and appropriate manner. 6. Collaborate with the marketing team to promote online client engagement and increase client satisfaction. 7. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and update client information as needed.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. 2. 1 year of experience in a customer service or client relations role. 3. Excellent communication skills and ability to interact professionally with clients. 4. Strong emotional intelligence and ability to empathize with clients' needs and concerns. 5. Solid time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively. 6. Proficiency in using digital communication tools and platforms. 7. Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
