Online Client Relations Associate

Job Description:

Qatar Steel Company is seeking an Online Client Relations Associate to join our team in Doha, Qatar. As a part-time entry-level position, the Online Client Relations Associate will be responsible for managing client relationships through online platforms. The ideal candidate will be hardworking, dedicated, detail-oriented, and persuasive.

Responsibilities: 1. Communicate with clients through online channels such as email, chat, and social media. 2. Respond to client inquiries in a professional and timely manner. 3. Assist clients with product information, orders, and any other inquiries they may have. 4. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions. 5. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure a seamless client experience. 6. Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services to clients. 7. Monitor client satisfaction and address any issues or concerns promptly. 8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitors to better serve clients. 9. Provide feedback to the management team on ways to improve client relations processes.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field. 2. 1 year of experience in customer service or client relations preferred. 3. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 4. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and online communication platforms. 7. Persuasive skills to effectively communicate with clients. 8. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
