Online Client Relations Manager

Job Description:

United Development Company is seeking a part-time Online Client Relations Manager to join our team in Doha, QA. As the Online Client Relations Manager, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with our online clients, ensuring their needs are met and their experience with our company is positive. This role requires a high level of independence and adaptability, as well as strong leadership and persuasion skills.

Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain relationships with online clients - Respond to client inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner - Identify opportunities to enhance the online client experience - Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and provide solutions - Monitor client feedback and implement improvements as needed - Analyze online client data to identify trends and opportunities for growth - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online client relations - Represent the company at online events and conferences

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field - Minimum of 8 years of experience in online client relations or a related field - Strong interpersonal and communication skills - Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities - Proven leadership skills and ability to influence others - Knowledge of online client management systems and tools - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite - Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
