Job Description - Online Client Relations Manager

Job Description:


We are looking for a part-time Online Client Relations Manager to join our team at Mall of Qatar. As the Online Client Relations Manager, you will be responsible for managing relationships with online clients and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services. You will also be tasked with identifying and resolving any issues or concerns that clients may have.


Responsibilities: - Communicate with online clients through various channels such as email, chat, and social media - Address client inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of products and services to clients - Monitor client feedback and reviews to identify areas for improvement - Develop and implement client retention strategies to increase customer loyalty - Analyze data and metrics to track client satisfaction and identify trends - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online client relations


Requirements: - 5 years of experience in a client relations or customer service role - Motivated and independent individual who can work well with minimal supervision - Attention to detail and critical thinking skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
