The Online Client Relations Manager at Qatar Science & Technology Park in Doha will be responsible for managing and enhancing relationships with clients online. This part-time position is ideal for someone with 7 years of experience at a mid-to-senior level who is resilient, independent, and possesses strong decision-making and innovation skills.
Responsibilities: 1. Develop and implement online client relations strategies to increase client satisfaction and retention. 2. Engage with clients through various online platforms to address their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner. 3. Monitor client feedback and trends to identify opportunities for improvement in products and services. 4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and delivery of solutions to clients. 5. Analyze data and metrics to measure the effectiveness of client relations initiatives and make data-driven recommendations for improvement. 6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in online client relations to enhance the overall client experience. 7. Manage online client databases and track client interactions for future reference.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. 2. Proven experience in online client relations management with a focus on technology or science-related industries. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to build and maintain relationships. 4. Proficiency in using online platforms and tools for client engagement. 5.
