Job Description - Online Client Relations Manager


Job Description:


We are seeking a dynamic Online Client Relations Manager to join our team at Woqod in Doha, Qatar. As the Online Client Relations Manager, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining relationships with our online clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty to our company. This role requires someone who is confident, passionate, and possesses strong negotiation and people management skills.


Responsibilities: 1. Develop and implement strategies to enhance online client experience and satisfaction. 2. Handle client inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional and timely manner. 3. Coordinate with various departments to address client needs and requests. 4. Monitor online client reviews and feedback to identify areas for improvement. 5. Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging online content and promotions. 6. Analyze data and metrics to evaluate the success of online client relations efforts. 7. Identify and pursue opportunities to increase online client retention and loyalty.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field. 2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in client relations or a similar role. 3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Proven track record of successfully managing client relationships. 5. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 7. Confidence, passion, and excellent negotiation and people management skills.
