Online Client Relations Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Online Client Relations Manager to join our team at Qatar Free Zones Authority in Doha. As the Online Client Relations Manager, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining relationships with our online clients, ensuring their needs are met and providing exceptional customer service. This role requires a high level of resourcefulness and resilience, as well as strong cooperation and strategic planning skills.

Responsibilities: - Serve as the main point of contact for online clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster trust and loyalty - Monitor client satisfaction and proactively address any issues that may arise - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and projects are delivered on time - Analyze client feedback and data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Develop and implement strategies to increase client engagement and retention - Keep up to date with industry trends and competitors to ensure the company remains competitive in the online marketplace - Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on client relations activities and performance

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field - Minimum of 6 years of experience in client relations, preferably within an online environment - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Excellent organizational and time management abilities - Proven track record of building and maintaining client relationships - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in CRM software and online collaboration tools - Resourceful and resilient personality traits - Strong cooperation and strategic planning skills
