Job Description - Online Client Relations Manager


Job Description:


Qatar Foundation is seeking a dedicated and resourceful Online Client Relations Manager to join our team in Doha. As the Online Client Relations Manager, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining relationships with our online clients, ensuring their satisfaction and continued loyalty to our brand. This role requires a minimum of 6 years of experience in client relations or a related field.


Responsibilities: - Develop and implement strategies to enhance online client engagement and satisfaction - Serve as the main point of contact for online clients, addressing any inquiries or concerns in a timely and professional manner - Monitor online client feedback and reviews, taking proactive measures to address any issues that may arise - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless online client experience - Analyze data and metrics to track online client behavior and identify areas for improvement - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online client relations


Requirements: - Minimum of 6 years of experience in client relations or a related field - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong problem-solving abilities - Demonstrated proficiency in time management and planning - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred) - Experience working in an online client relations role (preferred)
