Job Description - Online Client Relations Manager

Job Description:


We are seeking an experienced Online Client Relations Manager to join our team at Qatar National Cement Company in Doha. As the Online Client Relations Manager, you will be responsible for managing and developing relationships with clients through various online platforms. This is a part-time position at a mid-to-senior level, requiring a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience.


Responsibilities: - Develop and implement online client engagement strategies to build and maintain strong relationships with clients - Manage client inquiries, feedback, and complaints through online channels in a timely and professional manner - Monitor online client reviews and feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and issues are resolved efficiently - Analyze client feedback and data to identify trends and make recommendations for enhancements to service offerings - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online client relations to continuously improve strategies and tactics


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field - Proven experience in online client relations or customer service - Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients in a virtual setting - Reliable and dedicated work ethic - Emotional intelligence and strong problem-solving skills - Proficiency in CRM software and online communication tools - Familiarity with social media platforms and online customer engagement strategies - Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams
