Job Description - Online Client Relations Manager

Job Description:


MEEZA, a leading company in Doha, Qatar, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Online Client Relations Manager to join our team on a part-time basis. As a Mid-to-Senior Level professional with at least 7 years of experience, you will play a crucial role in managing and maintaining relationships with our online clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.


Responsibilities: 1. Develop and implement strategies to enhance online client relations. 2. Communicate with clients through various digital channels to address their inquiries and concerns promptly. 3. Monitor client feedback and provide insights to relevant teams for continuous improvement. 4. Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging online content aimed at strengthening client relationships. 5. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors to identify new opportunities for enhancing client satisfaction. 6. Analyze data and generate reports on client feedback and satisfaction levels. 7. Work closely with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to existing clients. 8. Ensure all online client interactions align with the company's brand and values.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. 2. Proven experience in online client relations, preferably in the technology industry. 3. Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients. 4. Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms. 5. Motivated and energetic personality traits. 6. Ability to innovate and conduct thorough research to drive client engagement. 7. Prioritize quality in all aspects of work, products, and services.
