Job Description - Online Client Relations Manager

Job Description:


We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Online Client Relations Manager to join our team at Vodafone Qatar in Doha. As the Online Client Relations Manager, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining positive relationships with our online clients, ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction. This part-time position requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.


Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain strong relationships with online clients through various communication channels - Provide timely and accurate responses to client inquiries and concerns - Monitor client feedback and address any issues or complaints in a professional and efficient manner - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and exceeded - Analyze client data and feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Develop strategies to increase client engagement and retention - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online client relations


Requirements: - 5+ years of experience in online client relations or a related field - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a relevant field - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Resilient and passionate attitude towards client satisfaction - Excellent time management and organization skills - Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and online communication tools
