Job Description - Online Client Relations Manager

Job Description:


Qatar Biobank is seeking a dynamic and experienced Online Client Relations Manager to join our team in Doha. As the Online Client Relations Manager, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining relationships with our online clients, ensuring their satisfaction and retention. This role requires a high level of communication skills, creativity, and strategic thinking to drive engagement and keep clients connected to our organization.


Responsibilities: - Develop and implement strategies to enhance online client relationships and engagement. - Manage online client inquiries, concerns, and feedback, ensuring timely and satisfactory responses. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide online clients with accurate and up-to-date information. - Monitor and analyze online client behavior and feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. - Develop and execute online client retention and loyalty programs. - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online client relations.


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field. - 7+ years of experience in online client relations or a related field. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Resourceful and driven with a passion for building relationships. - Experience in people management and innovation. - Excellent organizational and time management skills. - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
