Job Description - Online Client Relations Manager

Qatar Biobank is seeking a motivated and confident Online Client Relations Manager to join our team in Doha, Qatar. As a Mid-to-Senior Level position, this role requires a minimum of 8 years of experience in client relations, preferably in an online setting.


Responsibilities: 1. Manage online client relations, responding to inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner. 2. Develop and implement strategies to build and maintain positive relationships with clients. 3. Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content for online platforms. 4. Monitor client feedback and satisfaction, and address any issues as needed. 5. Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement in client relations. 6. Coordinate virtual meetings and events for clients, ensuring a smooth and successful experience. 7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online client relations.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field. 2. Proven experience in client relations, preferably in an online environment. 3. Strong people management skills and the ability to adapt to changing situations. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Proficiency in online platforms and tools for client communication. 6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 7. Knowledge of data analytics and reporting.
