Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Online Client Relations Manager to join our team at Mall of Qatar in Doha. As the Online Client Relations Manager, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining positive relationships with our online clients through various communication channels. You will work closely with our marketing and sales teams to ensure a seamless online shopping experience for our customers.
Responsibilities: - Develop and implement strategies to enhance online client relationships and increase customer satisfaction - Respond to client queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner - Monitor online client reviews and feedback, and address any issues or complaints promptly - Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging online content that resonates with our target audience - Analyze online client data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Work closely with the sales team to promote online products and services - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitors' online offerings - Collaborate with other departments to ensure a cohesive online client experience
Requirements: - Proven experience in online client relations or a similar role for at least 7 years - Strong analytical skills and emotional intelligence - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Passionate and motivated individual with a customer-centric mindset - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field - Proficiency in CRM software and online communication tools
