Online Client Relations Officer

Job Description:

Qatar Steel Company is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Online Client Relations Officer. This part-time entry-level position will be based in our office in Doha, Qatar.

Responsibilities: 1. Communicate with clients via email, chat, and phone to address inquiries and provide assistance. 2. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions. 3. Collaborate with other team members to ensure client needs are met in a timely manner. 4. Analyze client feedback and identify areas for improvement in our services. 5. Assist in the development and implementation of client relations strategies. 6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities.

Requirements: 1. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. 2. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. 3. Resilient and able to handle challenging situations with professionalism. 4. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. 5. Cooperate and collaborate effectively with team members. 6. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. 7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software is preferred. 8. No prior experience required, full training will be provided.
